一份工作里，有让你满意的部分，也可能有一直让你介意的安排。MSQ把工作满意度拆开来看：能力能否发挥、报酬怎样、同事如何相处，以及晋升、主管和工作环境等方面。
明尼苏达工作满意度问卷由明尼苏达大学职业心理研究项目开发，用于了解人们对当前工作的感受。1967修订长版用100题细看20个工作方面，采用从“不满意”到“极其满意”的五档回答，第3档为“满意”。
本版按你目前的工作作答。完成后会看到一项20至100分的总体满意度，以及20项各5至25分的方面分数，帮助你把感受落到具体工作上。
