工作里的感受常常不止一种：做事本身让你投入，报酬或晋升的安排却可能让你介意。MSQ短版把这些体验放在一起，看看你对当前工作的满意程度。
明尼苏达工作满意度问卷由明尼苏达大学职业心理研究项目开发。1977短版包含20题，分别计出总体、内在和外在满意度，作者项目官网提供原题本与计分手册。
请按目前的工作和真实感受回答全部20题。完成后，你会看到20至100分的总体满意度、12至60分的内在满意度和6至30分的外在满意度，再回看具体的工作体验。
